- Oral Cancer Screenings: As part of your exam, we include an oral cancer screening. This is the best way to identify problems that may be cancerous or precancerous.
- Bite Guards: For patients who clench or grind their teeth, nighttime bite guards can help prevent damage to your teeth. Unlike over-the-counter products, ours are custom fitted specifically for you.
- Sealants: Dental sealants are thin coatings that cover the chewing surfaces of the back teeth to help prevent tooth decay and cavities.
- Extractions: While our goal is always to help preserve your teeth, in some cases, extractions are necessary—such as when a tooth can’t be saved due to damage or disease, or when it threatens an adjacent tooth.
- X-rays: X-rays will be taken as necessary, depending on the reason for your visit. In the case of an emergency or second opinion, we will X-ray the affected area.
